What we collect
- What you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to add, such as an address or neighborhood, email, project type, size, timing and notes.
- How you found us: the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and advertising tags in the link you followed (for example, a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags). These are stored with your request so we know which ads and pages work.
- Calls: if you call us, our phone service records the number you called from, the time and the length of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
- Site analytics: if analytics are turned on, Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits and conversions. They don't receive your form answers.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about your estimate and your project.
- To schedule and do the work, and to follow up afterward.
- To understand which pages and ads bring in requests, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
By sending the form, you agree that we may call or text the number you give us about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us on the phone.
Who we share it with
Your request goes to the people who will estimate and do your job. We also use service providers to run the business: our website host and form processor (Netlify), our phone and text messaging service, email, and, if turned on, Google Analytics and Google Ads. They handle your information only to provide those services.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them for the work, warranties, taxes and our own records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it.

- Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out tools for ads personalization.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
